Sarah (she/her)
Founder, Coach, and Program Director
Morgan Heisey (she/her)
Practice Manager
Morgan manages scheduling, payments, and tech support for all of our clients, as well as assisting with email creation and providing nutrition-related research and content for Nourish + Connect. She started working with Sarah in 2021, and her role has evolved quite a bit over time! Morgan obtained a Bachelors of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health at Maryland University of Integrative Health before earning the Certified Nutrition Specialist license. In her free time, you will most likely find her watching stand-up comedy, going to concerts, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Angel Austin (she/her)
Community and Media Coordinator
Angel creates, organizes, and publishes our Instagram content, and films the infinifat-accessible movement videos for PowerUP and PDFs. She initially offered accessibility consulting for Sarah in Spring 2022, and started creating social media content for PowerUP later that summer. Angel's also the Advocacy and Community Leader at ASDAH and the creator of Sacred Space for Fat Bodies, where she advocates for the most marginalized fat people, (especially Black) superfats and infinifats. She fights to make their voices heard as they are often excluded from participation and representation, even within the framework of fat liberation. She serves on the board of Body Reborn and Me Little Me Foundation where she shares the benefit of her lived experiences to support marginalized people with eating disorders. Angel has a BA in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations.
