I'm here to tell you that fitness is not defined by how you look.
Fit is what you are.
When you consistently take action to improve your endurance, balance, agility, and strength, you are fit. And fit can be fun!
My approach to fitness is body-positive.
That means that I meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey and make exercise accessible and fun! Shame does not exist in my vocabulary. You've already shown up, so let's get to work!
Each workout and program is designed to improve your stability, agility, cardiovascular health, balance, and strength. We can do all of this without mentioning the number of calories burned, or the concept of earning your weekend splurges.
Find your strength.
Find your joy.
Find your confidence.
If you invest time and effort into our sessions, you will find yourself pushing past goals you never thought you'd reach...goals like pull-ups, box jumps, deadlifts, flexibility, running, stamina for martial arts, and more. Choose what is important to you, and together we can make it happen!
