Many people believe that there is one perfect way to eat. The truth is, you have a unique body with specific needs that lie outside the realm of any one program or diet. Figuring out what to eat can feel like a nightmare if you have mood issues and hormone imbalance. My role as your nutritionist is to guide you on a journey to discover your food freedom.

I mean real freedom, not a list of rules.

Many wellness “gurus” talk about food freedom, only to put you on an elimination diet, a sugar “detox,” or a macro plan. Your brain is too smart for that, and it will eventually rebel. You need real-world options and the freedom to choose foods that work for your lifestyle.

My clinical and integrative nutrition practice uses both science and intuition to give you the finest assessment, recommendations, and education.

As a recipient of the Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, I have access to the latest evidence-informed practice guidelines. These include dietary effects on specific markers of disease, food and drug interactions, interpretations of lab results, and recommendations from experienced researchers and nutritionists.

I'm here to provide clarity and a bit of reassurance.

An initial consultation gives you nutrition advice personalized for your unique situation. You ask questions, and I’ll answer them.

We talk health history, food intake, labs, and so much more, then discuss what actions are best for you to start feeling better. I design your nutrition care plan, which includes food, supplement, activity, stress management, and further test recommendations to support your mental and physical wellbeing.


Fast Track to Feel Better

  • weekly 30 minute sessions

  • $120/month

  • 3 month commitment

Let’s face it: change takes time. This is how you’ll stay on target. If you’re motivated but need accountability, I’ll be there to check in with you. This support will help you make your nutrition care plan happen, one week at a time.
